You can build your own all in one fix zip file by combining the Vista/7 or 8/10 config repos with the generic patch files. Specifically you'll be looking for the "Vista -7-configs", "8-10-configs", and "Generic-Patch-Files".
If anyone wants to make changes to the fixes and have them available to download for people, I suggest forking the repos on GitHub and making your changes there, instead of relying on sketchy rehostings of my fix.
Like someone else said, it's outdated (taking their word for it, haven't compared checksums). This fix is the same one that's on the Buzzy Project GitHub that Golden Ticket tries to automatically apply.
